Aid Has Geography
Food, cash, local purchasing, or a mixture? The humane response depends on what is happening in the place where help arrives.
How to begin
You will advise four fictional crisis-response teams. In each case, examine urgency, market stock, prices, transport, payment access, and nearby food supply. Then choose a response and study its consequences.
There is no “good helper” score. Your task is to match the tool to the geography, notice the tradeoffs, and revise when the evidence changes.
All four places are fictional composites created for geographic reasoning. They do not represent a single country, culture, or real emergency.
